Return and Refund Policy

We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection. But if there's a defect or damage, we'll gladly replace or refund the item.

Return Window

Our return policy varies based on your delivery location:

  • Orders shipped within India: You have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
  • Orders shipped to the United States: You have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@mrdygallery.com with a proper unboxing video and images of the product clearly showing the defect, along with the original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted:

  • India orders: We'll initiate a return pickup of the defective/damaged item(s) from your shipping address given at the time of purchase. The processing time is 2–3 weeks, including shipment pickup, quality checks, and approval.
  • US orders: No physical return shipment is required. We will process a replacement or refund based on the photo/video evidence of the defect submitted by you.

We'll notify you once your return is reviewed and let you know if it is approved or not.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. All our products are made to order — we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Cancellations / Modifications

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order. However, the cancellation/modification request may not be entertained if your order has been communicated to the vendor and they have initiated the shipping process.

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@mrdygallery.com and we will investigate further. If the order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Replacements

If your return is approved and you choose a replacement of the same item(s), we'll process the replacement and ship it to you as per our Shipping Policy.

Refunds

If your return is approved and you choose a refund, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 days of approval. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 7 days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@mrdygallery.com.
