Processing / Fulfillment Time
India orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. For orders shipped to the United States, please allow 2–7 business days for processing and fulfillment before dispatch.
Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
Estimated transit time is 4–5 business days for India orders with an overall estimated delivery of 5–7 business days from order placement. For US orders, estimated transit time after dispatch is 2–5 business days, with an overall estimated delivery of 4–12 business days from order placement. However, some products may have longer transit windows after dispatch depending on the fulfillment center, item type and delivery location.
Please note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other unincorporated US territories may require an additional 7–12 business days beyond the standard US transit window.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via registered courier companies. India orders may also be shipped via India Post Speed Post.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email if an email address is provided at the time of checkout.
Delay in Delivery
We work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates; however, these are estimates and not guarantees. MRDY Gallery is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or other factors beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Items
Please contact us at support@mrdygallery.com if you believe your order is lost or damaged in transit — within 7 days of your estimated delivery date for India orders, and within 30 days for US orders. We'll investigate and assist you with a resolution.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may request re-shipment within 30 days after your estimated delivery date (return handling and re-shipping fees apply). Refunds cannot be processed in this case.
Shipping Limitations
We currently ship to India and the United States. We do not ship to certain other countries or regions due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations. Please verify the serviceability of your shipping address during checkout.
